Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date:
✅ 80% of the booking amount will be refunded.
(20% will be retained to cover administrative charges and supplier commitments.) - Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before the departure date:
✅ 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
(The remaining 50% is non-refundable as a portion is already paid to hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers.) - Cancellation made less than 15 days before the departure date:
❌ No refund will be provided.
(By this time, full payments are already made to our suppliers and service partners.)
Important Notes:
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to Nirvana Tourism with clear mention of the booking reference.
- The date of email receipt will be considered the official date of cancellation.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after confirmation of cancellation, via the original mode of payment.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged — no refunds will be made.
- If the tour is cancelled by Nirvana Tourism due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a full or partial refund or credit voucher will be issued at our discretion.
Reference to Industry Standards:
Our policy is in alignment with travel industry standards, including those followed by leading travel platforms such as MakeMyTrip and in compliance with Section 65B of the Indian Contract Act regarding service contracts. Refund rules reflect the non-recoverable payments made in advance to hotels, transportation companies, and third-party vendors.
